They came when promised and called a half hour before arriving. Andriy took the dryer apart, cleaned it and then determined that although we had attempted to clean the vent system by ourselves we had not reached the upper portion. He went up into the attic and took apart the vent and cleaned it completely. He found the last section with the flap had been installed incorrectly by the builder not allowing air to flow out of the house. Thorough, on-time, and charged what they quoted!

We booked this company for a dryer repair today based on their reviews and Alex the technician just left our house and my wife and I are 125% DISGUSTED with the level of service we experienced here. All we needed was a fuse replaced and this company charged us $220.00 for a 5 minute repair (not including the cost to diagnose as it was waived if hired) that cost on average $80-$130. This place took advantage of us because they could. Alex was absolutely terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GREEDY RIDICULOUS COMPANY. You will be sorry! I will be posted this review everywhere and telling everyone about this poor company.

A guy came out and worked on our frig. And charge us over $200.00 warranty for 90 days. It did not get cold over night. Called him back out next day and he said it would be over 1k to get it working like it supposed too. And he didn’t give us any money back. Not a way do business. Will not use again. Be aware if you use them.
