This is the second time we used this company and as usual the technician was pleasant, honest, and extremely thorough. On this last visit, he literally took our entire dryer apart. He explained the problem and even knowing I might then file a claim with my warranty company and have to ultimately go with another company, he did an amazing job. After he put the equipment back together IT WORKED! He still only charged the diagnostic visit price. For HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH repair definitely my go-to Atlanta appliance repair company.

Top class service! Andrew/Andriy was fantastic. Our appliance conked out on Saturday night. Andrew came on Sunday and fixed the appliance in a short time. Very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable pricing. We were also impressed with the pride he had for doing a clean job leaving the work area spotless. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends and he will be our go to tech in future.
